Where is my order?

Once an order is placed, please allow 5-8 business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive for you from the day your order is shipped.

When will you restock?

We are working hard to do another restock soon. Please navigate to a product and click Join The Waitlist for the desired item. Be one of the first to be notified when it is back in stock.

Do you offer express shipping?

Express shipping varies based on the item. Please send an email to info@uzoart.com and we’ll be happy to assist you. NOTE: Express shipping is unavailable for pre-order items. Please refer to the product description to see if your item is on pre-order.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Custom dues are paid by the customer. For more information about shipping please refer to our shipping page.

Can I exchange or return my order if it doesn’t fit?

Currently we are unable to accommodate exchanges. We recommend requesting a return. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method. 

I received a damaged order. Can you help?

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to info@uzoart.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 30 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

What size should I buy?

Please refer to our sizing chart and/or individual product descriptions for guidance prior to making a purchase. 

I made a mistake/there’s something wrong with my order, who should I contact?

Does Movement of the People wholesale to boutiques?

At this time wholesale services are not available. If you see Movement of the People available on a platform other than movement.uzoart.com please notify us right away.
